Zwart, wit en roze/Black, white and pink

Weer eens een kaartje zonder stempel, nou ja op de tekst na dan ;) (die trouwens van Kaban is). Twee creatables gebruikt voor het meisje en de bladeren, en de swirl is een pons van Ek Success. Het papier is van Kaisercraft en het bovenste cardstock heb ik door de cuttlebug gehaald met de Swiss Dots folder. Een lintje uit mijn voorraad en bloemen van Wild Orchid. Ook nog wat nep stiksels.xoxoxo

This time a card without a stamp, well except for the sentiment that is ;)( which is from Kaban). I used two different Creatables, for the girl and the leaves, and the swirl is a punched one from EK Success. Papers are Kaisercraft and the cardstock at the top I used my cuttlebug on with the Swiss Dots embossingfolder. Ribbon from my stash and flowers from Wild Orchid. And some faux stitching. xoxoxo

Voor een jongetje dat 2 wordt!/For a 2 year old boy!

Deze kaart is gemaakt met de sketch van Friday Sketchers van vorige week maar ik was te laat met plaatsen. Bij het Allsorts challengeblog hebben ze nu een challenge voor een jongens- of mannenkaart dus laat ik hem daar meedoen ;) Het papier is van Bo Bunny en October Afternoon. De stempel is van Mo Manning en heb ik "gepaper pieced"(sorry ik weet het nederlandse woord er niet voor), een pons van Martha Stewart en een hoekje van Provocraft. De stempel is uitgesneden met nestabilities Large Classic Inverted Scalloped Circles. xoxoxo

This card is made with last weeks sketch from the Friday Sketchers but I was too late entering it into the challenge. At the Allsorts challengeblog they want to see a boy's or men's card this week so I'm entering it there ;) Papers are BoBunny and October Afternoon. Stamp's from Mo Manning and I paper pieced it, I don't do that very often, a punch from Martha Stewart and a corner die from Provocraft. Sketch Saturday week 138

Een hele leuke sketch deze week bij het challengeblog van Sketch Saturday. Het papier dat ik heb gebruikt is van de Action en ik heb alle randjes be-inkt met distress inkt, tea-dye. De bloemen zijn geponst met een retropons van EK-Succes en de roosjes zijn van Wild Orchid. De blaadjes zijn gemaakt met een stans van Crealies en ik heb voor 't eerst creatables LRO130 van Nellie Snellen gebruikt. Tilda is ingekleurd met copics. xoxoxo

A very nice sketch at the challengeblog of Sketch Saturday this week. Papers I used are from a cheap warehouse and I distressed all the edges with tea-dye ink. Flowers are punched with a retro punch from EK-Succes and the rose are from Wild Orchid. Leaves are made with a die from Crealies and I used my Creatables die, LRO130, from Nellie Snellen for the first time. Tilda is coloured with copics. xoxoxo

Fantasie bloemen/Fantasy flowers

Dit keer een beterschapskaartje. Het papier is van Wild Rose Studio, Spring Fling. De stempel van Hero Arts: Butterfly Flowers, en hij is uitgesneden met een mal van Nellie Snellen MFD 005.
Deze week weinig tijd gehad om kaartjes te maken, extra vergadering van mijn werk en ik moest op mijn vrije dag onverwachts met mijn moeder naar het ziekenhuis voor onderzoek. Gelukkig kon ze na een paar uur gelijk weer mee terug.

I had little time this week to make cards, extra meetings at work and I had an unexpected visit to the hospital with my mother on my free day. That took a couple of hours, but in the end she could go home, so that's good.

Het is een jongen!/It's a boy!

Gisteren vertelde de buurvrouw me dat ze zwanger is van haar derde kindje en dat gaf me inspiratie om een babykaartje te maken. Alleen, hij is niet helemaal geworden zo als ik voor ogen had. Ik kan er niet precies mijn vinger op leggen maar ik vind hem zelf niet geweldig. Het zou kunnen komen omdat ik ziek ben geweest en me een beetje lusteloos voel.
Het papier is van Marij Rahder en de stempel van Bildmalarna. Bloemen en lint uit mijn voorraad. Tips en suggesties zijn welkom ;). xoxoxo

Yesterday my neighbour told me she is pregnant of their third child, and that gave me inspiration for a baby card. Only, it did not turn out the way I wanted. I can't exactly say wat's wrong with it but I don't like it that much. Maybe it's because I was not feeling well this week, had a stroke of the flu and I'm still feeling a bit out of energy.
Papers are Marij Rahder and stamp's Bildmalarna. Fowers and ribbon from my stash. Any suggestion and good tip is welcome ;). xoxoxo

Rockster/Rock star

Dit kaartje gemaakt voor mijn neefje die gisteren 16 werd. In plaats van een brommer wilde hij graag een gitaar en die heeft hij ook gekregen! Toevallig had ik net een stempel van Sugar Nellie aangeschaft met deze jonge rockster :) Het papier is van Basic Grey: Archaic. De sterren heb ik gemaakt met een stand nr. 08 van Crealies, die ik voor de kerst heb gekregen van mijn dochter. Voor de rest geen frutsels, het is tenslotte een jongenskaart ;). xoxoxo

This card I made for my nephew who turned 16 yesterday. Instead of a moped he wanted a guitar and he got one! It so happens that I recently bought this rock idol from Sugar Nellie :) Papers are Basic Grey: Archaic. The stars are made with a cutting die from Crealies: no. 08. My daughter gave me that die for Christmas. Further no more embellies because it's a boy's card ;). xoxoxo

Mijn favoriete 5 van 2010/My favourite Five from 2010

Debby heeft besloten om een 'mijn favoriete 5 van 2010' te doen, en geeft een leuke prijs van 2 stempels van Penny Black weg. Het is erg moeilijk om je eigen 5 mooiste te kiezen want elke kaart heeft natuurlijk iets wat je leuk vindt, maar ik ga mijn best doen ;)

Debby has decided to do a 'My Favourite 5 Cards from 2010', and is offering a fabby prize of 2 Penny Black stamps too. I find it very difficult to choose because I like so many cards, but I'm going to give it a try ;)





Nou ik geloof dat dit ze zijn maar er waren nog zo veel anderen die ik ook leuk vind. Het valt me wel op dat ze allemaal rood/roze en oranje zijn :)
